Active All-Levels:
Energetic class which builds upon basic poses to explore more challenging poses. Introduction to inversions and arm balances. Modifications offered.
Yoga Essentials:
Students with some yoga experience who would like to progress to the next level by moving deeper while maintaining a focus on basic yoga poses.
Align & Deepen:
Focus on stretching and strength building. Deepen the connection between the body and mind using the breath as the link. Holding poses allows the student to work on alignment, advance their physical practice and deepen their self-awareness. All-levels welcome. Modifications offered.
BodyFlow:
A holistic workout choreographed to music that combines tai chi, pilates and yoga. Classes are 55-60 minutes and include 10 minutes of relaxation.
